Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide timely and effective support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client expectations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or upselling.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
- Currently studying or graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client success roles.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Desirable: Experience in project management or CRM tools.
